I'm sorry the handrail can't be purchased separately, as it is not removable.
Is the treadmill powered by a battery or a wall plug?
It comes with a power supply. Please plug it into wall outlet to power the treadmill up.
How do I fix the E7 error code on my treadmill?
E7 is a universal safety error code for many treadmills, including the Fitvect C1F. It indicates that the Safety Key (emergency stop) is not detected by the console. To clear this error, locate the red magnetic safety key from your accessory bag and place it onto the yellow sticker area in the center of the handrail. The display will reset instantly once the magnet is engaged.
Can this treadmill be used on carpeted floor?
Usually the floor carpet is thick and plush, which will affect the heat dissipation of treadmill.
Is the remote controller included in the package?
Yes, it is. If it is lost or damaged later and you would like to buy a new one, please leave a message telling us which model of treadmill you want the remote controller to work for when ordering, then we will send the correct one to you.
